We advise national and foreign clients on the acquisition and financing of residential, commercial, tourist, and industrial real estate projects in Mexico. Within this practice, we conduct feasibility studies regarding real estate, carefully analyzing the legal, registration background, and the authorizations required for their acquisition and use. We manage for our clients before the corresponding authorities the permits and licenses necessary for the development of construction activities and the opening of commercial establishments. We have successfully represented foreign investors in the implementation of tourist projects in Mexico through the establishment of trusts.
