Mexico has an active practice of commercial arbitration as an alternative means of dispute resolution, a procedure that is duly regulated in our commercial legislation. We have the necessary experience to conduct arbitration proceedings and we actively participate in various organizations that administer commercial arbitrations, and we have registered arbitrators.

Commercial Insolvency and Bankruptcy

The insolvency of companies is a current problem and companies require alternative mechanisms for the negotiation and restructuring of their debts and, where appropriate, the recovery of their credits and loans.
