Private investment in the real estate sector in recent years has grown significantly and with it the risks for investors related to the legal status of the acquired properties and the legal and land use situation of industrial and commercial establishments. It is for this reason that we advise national and foreign clients in the acquisition and financing of residential, commercial, tourist and industrial real estate projects in Mexico. Within this practice we carry out feasibility studies regarding real estate, carefully analyzing the legal and registry background and the authorizations required for the acquisition and use of the same. We manage for our clients before the corresponding authorities the necessary permits and licenses for the development of construction activities and the opening of commercial establishments.
